The Canadian Press has been the 'unofficial' official national news source in Canada for decades, and is used by almost every TV and radio station, as well as newspapers in the country. 

This may have been around before but I don't recall seeing it updated like this. CP has apparently launched a new website with stories from across the country (and the world) and is not behind a paywall. It's another credible news source you can use if you're looking for story updates on everything from news and sports to entertainment, health and politics. There's even a section called "Fact Check," which should come in handy when a federal election is finally called!

And at a time of rapidly shrinking reliable places to go on the Internet, it's a welcome addition.
