CHIN-FM has added two more HD channels.  HD3 is carrying CHIN-1-FM, 91.9.  HD4 was carrying a Spanish program last night and this morning, it was relaying the Spanish program from 91.9.  My Spanish is a little rusty, but the announcers appeared to be discussing HD4 running as a full-time service for the Spanish programming.  Time will tell.  As would be expected with the extra channels running, the sound quality has dropped on HD1 and 2 with them sounding more "digital".
