When you have the same traffic reporter doing her thing on so many different stations, it's bound to happen. For the second day in a row, CFRB played the wrong sign off after its traffic update. Adwoa Nsiah-Yeboah signed off her 1:15 PM report as being for "CHUM-FM," the second time I've heard that extro in two days on 1010.

Because there are so many stations involved and the reports are so frequent, I'm frankly surprised this doesn't happen more often. I believe these are often pre-taped, so it looks like someone played the wrong version or tag. I'm a bit surprised it happened twice in the same period on the same station two days in a row.
