Again this evening no simsub on CTV, Global or CTV2. The Masters Golf Tournament was the culprit for much of this. Of late Global has just been opting to stick to their regular schedule even when a sports event runs over on the US network. This may work for Global since they have been enjoying a half hour jump on the CBS programming tonight.
This year so far has been interesting. We have been seeing CTV, CTV2 and Global having less simsub than normal in prime time, even through the week, and City TV and CHCH have a bit more.

I posted about this roughly the same time you did, hence the duplication because I did not see yours at the time. And my observation was that perhaps simsub isn't as important as keeping a regular schedule. That's a big change from the past, where they'd do everything possible to keep it intact.

Well Global is back to simsubing tonight for 60 Minutes. Strange since this is a repeat, and the only other CBS show they have on tonight is Big Brother which won't go on at 9pm now I guess. CTV isn't showing Tracker tonight so no issue there with CBS. I don't watch Big Brother and tonight is a new show, so maybe this one is important and Global didn't have a pre release on it? Anyway a mess. Doesn't really matter since most people are watching the Olympics closing ceremonies..

Yes, Global seems to be very inconsistent in it's Sunday night simsubs.
Golf on CBS ran over by 1 hour and 32 minutes pushing all the shows that followed back by that amount of time, Crime Beat started at 11:32.

CBS aired Tracker right after 60 minutes was done, so Global aired "I can see your voice", then went to Big Brother once CBS was done with Tracker. Both 60 minutes and Big Brother were sim subbed.

Actually CBS aired Tulsa King after 60 minutes then Big Brother yesterday
