    CBS Owner Paramount Global To Lay Off 15% Of Staff

    Paramount Global which is in the process of merging with Skydance Media has announced a fresh round of layoffs.  About 2,000 or 15% of their US workforce will be layed off over the next couple of weeks.  The company also announced a huge operating loss today.  More details from Variety...https://variety.com/2024/tv/news/paramount-layoffs-15-percent-1236100607/
