Because this station is actually not in Canada, do you still choose to follow CanCon rules? Despite broadcasting into Kingston, you are not under any obligation to follow CRTC rules as a result of the station originating in Cape Vincent, N.Y.
What are your thoughts and policy on the playlist and are you taking advantage of this loophole?
