Peter Martin was a linebacker for the Boatmen from 1965-1972, but had a much longer career doing colour commentary on the team's games for more than 30 years. 

"After his playing career, Martin became a legendary colour commentator on Argos radio broadcasts. Except for a few seasons, he provided analysis on four different stations with seven play-by-play partners from 1977 to 2010."

Martin was 83.
