It's a first of its kind for Western New York and it will be on Buffalo's educational outlet WBFO, over HD3. It will be called "Radio Bilingüe" and will offer "a variety of programming including music, news and information, and forums for Latino voices. The dialogue aims to be inclusive, including the Spanish, English, Mixtec and Triqui languages. The programming focuses on Latino arts and culture."

There's no exact debut date announced, except for 'sometime this summer.'
