I have to admit that I've never listened to Raceline Radio and generally turn it off when it comes on because I don't understand why people would want to watch a car go round and round and round a track for hours on end without actually getting anywhere - let alone listening to experts talking about it.
Nonetheless, the fact Erik Tomas's show has been around for 25 years proves not everyone shares that opinion.

I loved it when Tomas did play-by-play for the Leafs on TV in the '80s. I thought he was a very good hockey broadcaster.

One of my favourite people on this land. Congrats on the milestone, ET!!
Way to go Erik...I recall when you rode off to begin that venture...walking away from the 'traditional'. Looks like it might work out.

I was acquainted with Tom Prettie many years ago...long before he morphed into Erik Tomas...
Congrats, ET!
Raceline was one of the first shows I ever had to learn when I got into this game. The concept of a network show just about blew this newbie's mind. Somehow I managed to grasp "how" network shows work and so began my illustrious (hahaHA) radio career.
Having ET there as a guiding light certainly helped as I may have tried his patience more than few times with errant button pressing. Total pro, that guy.
