John Gallagher Voicing Proline spot?

I am fairly certain that the Proline spot I just heard was voiced by John Gallagher, has anyone else caught it? Today was the first time I noticed it, it works!

Re: John Gallagher Voicing Proline spot?

Yes, it's definitely him. I've heard that spot and I'd know that voice anywhere.

There's a very brief entry at Linked-In from a "John Gallagher" who describes himself as a "Voiceover Artist" based in Toronto. Not sure if that's him, because it's a fairly common name, but if it is, that's the profession he's going under now.

He has a great voice, very distinct. Back in the day he was the back up announcer at Citytv when Mark Dailey wasn’t available, worked with him a few times as the VO producer.

Is no one going to ask the important questions? Was he wearing a housecoat when he recorded them? (ala KTH)

Heard a new Proline spot yesterday again voiced by John Gallagher, he must have landed a contract with OLG. He definitely has lots of energy in his delivery, entertaining too!

I just called John Gallagher and recorded the entire thing. Get your Spike update right here.

Re: John Gallagher Voicing Proline spot?

By sheer coincidence, Gallagher turned up Tuesday on CFRB's "News Talk Tonight," with Matt Cauz, talking about athletes who wound up in the acting profession.

Also, it's been out a while (2017), but I didn't realize Gallagher had written a bizarre autobiography with the title: "Big League Babble On: The Misadventures of a Rabble-Rousing Sportscaster and Why He Should Be Dead By Now."

There's a generous excerpt from the tome on the Amazon site here if you want to take a look at it.
