I've seen a lot of weird things in broadcasting, but I can't say I've ever heard of this happening before. An Indian anchor woman was reading a breaking story about a multiple fatal car crash when she realized her husband was one of the passengers and most likely a victim. And somehow she never said anything until she got off air.
