The online site Radio Ink offers a weekly feature called "Blast From The Past," a pic submitted by a current or former jock showing what they looked like early in their career. It almost always features someone from a U.S. station, taken when they were just starting out.
This week, for the first time I can remember, it features a guy who worked overnights at 1050 CHUM in 1975. His real name is Tom Watson, but he went under the moniker Chuck Morgan.
Maybe it's because of the hours he worked, but I have no memory of him. But if he worked at CHUM, he must have been talented, and he's assembled an extensive radio career ever since, appearing all over the world.
It's also a blast from the past when you consider it's an example of the days when stations actually had real, honest-to-goodness live talent on overnight. For the most part, those days are long gone.

Great good hearted guy and so nice to see he's alive and kickin'
Worked with him and it was always fun - he was a bit of a prankster as I recall
The s.o.b. LOL
Fond memories of the Chucker
