WNY Radio Plays Only Artists From The Buffalo Area
It's an online only station designed to give exposure to groups from the Western New York area. It's been around a while but I just stumbled on it. An interesting idea to promote local musicians, who could probably use the exposure. The quality of the music, as you might expect, varies fairly widely.

There's a radio station in Ottawa, OTA and online, that plays only artists/groups from the National Capital Region - it's Algonquin College's CKDJ 107.9.
