As if it wasn't enough that hackers recently took over a Chicago radio station's airwaves for half an hour, comes word that another mischief maker did something else to a Houston outlet's RDS, the technology that allows the station's name, song title and other info to be displayed on the digital readout of the radio itself. It's just another thing for operators and IT departments to be wary of in this new but not necessarily improved age.
