We all probably have a terrible story about flying on a Canadian airline. But most of us don't have a powerful radio station behind us to make it go viral.
Which is how CHFI morning host Gurdeep Ahluwalia wound up in a public feud with Porter Airlines, after he claims their incompetence made him miss the only flight to his destination for 24 hours.
Toronto media personality says he'd "rather walk" than fly Porter Airlines

I don't see any other way to get customer satisfaction in 2024 than to go public by blasting the company on their social platforms. It's not like companies have a live person waiting to answer the toll-free number and help resolve the situation. I prefer to settle my disputes away from an audience.
These public feuds bore me to no end and while I don't think it's the case here, I do wonder if most of these incidents are really more about ego than anything else.
