So many service interruptions over the past twelve months, the news is hardly surprising but perhaps the Rogers executive team and PR consultants will find a way to spin this.
The Royal Canadian Air Farce would have come up with a funny sketch about this if they were still around... what was the name of the fellow, Mike from Canmore calling the Rogers Customers Dis-service Line or something like that with a certain E.L.O. song used perhaps for effect as an intro?

This reminds me to call and confirm that my service is being discontinued on Jan 30th. They already sent me the invoice for February. I spent three hours on Jan 2 to request termination for January 30th.

I don’t think Rogers gives a crap about this type of bad press, the CRTC lets them get away with pretty much anything and Rogers still makes tons of lolly at the end of the day! So no biggie to them, too bad, as they’re a terrible company IMO.

This headline was inevitable and also mostly meaningless. 4 major markets worth of Shaw complaints moved to the Rogers column this year.
It’s like how a compilation of total crimes is just going to give you a list of cities roughly sorted by population. Not useful to judge your safety in any of them.
Show my a per-customer complaint *rate* and we’ll be approaching something meaningful
