It's pretty hard not to get choked up watching such raw and real emotion, because you rarely see it from a news person live on camera. But CNN's Sara Sidner broke the news to her audience Monday that she has stage 3 breast cancer - and she insists she's not only going to beat it, but it's given her a brand new appreciation of life. 

At one point she breaks down on camera, but manages to regain her composure and finishes her remarks. It's a brave 2:14 secs. that's hard to watch, but well worth it.
