I keep hearing this commercial on AM640 for a roofer who specializes in fixing leaks. Nothing unusual about that, except the guy makes clear that he only works in the Hamilton area. What I'm not clear on is why he's chosen to advertise on a Toronto radio station. 

True, the signal reaches the Steel City, but how many people in the Hammer actually tune in 640? (In fact, the latest ratings, such as we have them, indicate not that many in Toronto are listening, either.) Maybe it runs there, too, but wouldn't this spot be better on CHML? Not sure why you'd pay to advertise a service no one in Toronto can use.
