Oh, when did CHTZ move from St. Catharines to Hamilton?

I thought Lite 92 would have done better. Hamilton stations must really get hit with out of town listening.

CKOC outrating the Grand? I would have thought they were doing better than that. But I guess the 25-54 age group might explain some of that.
Still, I've yet to meet a single person who has ever admitted to listening to BNN Bloomberg's awful radio feed. Whatever new owner Neeti Ray does with 1150 will almost certainly be an improvement.

Do the official numbers include data from out of market listening or they just simply omit that?

Do you have the ratings data of 25-54 group in Toronto market?

CFMU & C101 are not rated. I'm just curious as to the listenership.
Both are campus/community stations in Hamilton. They aren't charted but I tune in often. It's variety and open format as to not bore me with the same tracks.
(I'm always curious as to the number, not matter how small as I am an on-air programmer/host at CFMU. We don't really advertise in any great way, so the numbers aren't super helpful)

The numbers posted are essentially a percentage of tuning, which includes out-of-market, which is why these only add up to 29%. Out-of-market stations are only listed if they pay to be (like HTZ)

Does Hamilton have more out of market listening than Windsor does?

Last figures I saw were from 2021 and Windsor had 53.7% out of market listenership. So Hamilton looks to have quite a bit more out of market listening than Windsor. Also the Windsor figure is based on 12+ and Hamilton was only for 25-54. Using 12+ numbers for Hamilton in 2021, out of market listening was about 66% so not a huge difference.

A significant difference between Hamilton and Windsor is that CBC is out-of-market for Hamilton and local for Windsor.
