My cell bill is the lowest it's been in a long time, but you do need to be pro-active about it. Keep an eye on deals around holidays and be willing to switch providers.

My cellphone bill now is lower than it was even 2 years ago, and I get more data than I did 2 years ago. I haven’t changed providers, I’ve just kept my eye out for deals.

I think they're just trying to pull the wool over our eyes.
Every time I request a lower rate, they throw at me MORE DATA for free, at no extra charge.
Does that make any sense if I am barely using the data I currently have?
I would like to pay less money please instead of having more data thrown at me Rogers, please and thanks!
(I would like to pay $25/month instead of $35 for what I currently have...)
