I tried it and it kinda works. I asked it when I should take my rain-hating dog for a walk. It answered that now would be the best time, since the rain may be coming back later. (I also tried asking it a generic non-weather question, and it answered that one, too. So you don't have to restrict it to just weather.) 

Be aware if you're using a VPN set to the U.S., it won't come back with local weather. 

Now if you'll excuse me, I'm going to get the leash before my pooch does something on my rug I'll regret...
