After 15 years and a shrinking number of publication days, FYIMusicNews.ca - which covers Canadian music and media online - has a prestigious new owner: the company that runs Billboard Magazine. Beginning shortly, the FYIMusicNews.ca address will become www.ca.billboard.com (not active as of this posting.)

I'm not sure what happens to the archive of thousands of articles published on the site over the years, but I'm hopeful it will be retained in some way. Congratulations to David Farrell on this new adventure. I'll be looking in often to see how it goes.
