As I mentioned in a previous post, community radio stations of this type are a vital local service in rural Ireland, where they provide local news and community events coverage. However, most of them don't try to run 24/7. Instead, they usually are available Thursday-Friday evenings and on weekends, when volunteers are more easily available. They also use their social media pages to promote upcoming programs and items of interest. Perhaps this might be something this station should consider.
