As usual, Pergy is a day late and a dollar short.
The Buffalo/NF/Rochester board on RadioDiscussions.com(of which I'm a member)has been talking about all three of them. Insofar as the second item he mentioned, I happened to hear a bit of Hot 98.9 the day it launched. (I'll add, too, that in the days preceding the change from 98.9 the Vibe they weren't doing the local inserts for the positioned after the network promo. I had a feeling something was off.)
