    No one wants to be mistaken for you.  "Bell Mass Layoff Blue" is perfectly safe for you to use without being infringed upon.

    So, at this rate, Freedom gets orange
    and Rogers gets to declare a red of some sort? 
    Telus uses blue, but it's a darker blue, so that most likely won't be an issue.
