If this second channel can be done without adding to my current cable bill, then I'm good with that.
To play fair,
maybe include it as part of a Rogers (or Bell) flex 20 channel option.
This way, those who speak the language can choose to select it at no extra cost...hopefully a channel one drops is one they weren't really watching all that much (if at all) anyway.

They broadcast over the air in the northern territories. Otherwise, they rely on cable/satellite distribution across Southern Canada.

I have seen articles about upcoming features which I have then made a point of watching a few times over the years, and they do very good journalism. It's much better than the disaster porn CBC, CTV and Global do when there's a crisis.
