Canada's Got Talent A Hit For City?
City tv's Canada's Got Talent has been receiving decent ratings for the first two installments. But as Bill Brioux from brioux.tv mentions, it is a little tricky to estimate since ratings are hard to come by..

Still a mystery why The Voice is one of the highest rated shows on NBC with 5.2 million viewers on Tuesday winning the night but does so poorly here. Even though it is on the smaller CTV2, it does have a simsub. The Voice drew 248,000 viewers in Canada on Tuesday overnight. This compared to Big Brother Canada on Global (571,000) and Canada's Got Talent on City (578,000). All three programs will increase over the week when recorded viewing is added. However The Voice is far behind the other two reality shows, and has been a weak performer for some time.

Good to read that Canada’s Got Talent is doing alright in ratings but the promos for it are terrible with concepts that have been outdated for decades. The current one features a dog trick, but you don’t see the trick as it is a “teaser” type promo. Wow, I wonder what the dog did? And do I care? Didn’t make me want to watch the show, sorry City promos, you failed on this one, for a change.
