The piece gives practical guidance, that when applied to our mass-appeal formats of choice, improves the listener experience and increases ratings. The 6th lesson is on what our advertisers tell us they want, but are not getting, and is in the Comments. Read and take action.

What a better teacher than a commercial-free, federally mandated must-carry, bottom of the ratings last place teacher?

Make that 3. 'Absolutely'!!! Let us never be so foolish as to take good advice from those who aren't cookie cutters, copy-cats and yes-men. Instead it's FAR better that we bow and grovel to the fortunate few who BOUGHT their pre-made success and hold on to numbers not due to THEIR talent but rather because they haven't yet fired all of their success stories and because the audience remains somewhat habitual. They're the experts. [not.]

Thanks for my morning laugh! Next, we'll be taking sobriety lessons from an alcoholic with a dead liver, living on skid row... A homeless real estate agent that never sold a thing on home ownership... A single, defrocked, criminally convicted priest with a penchant to playing too much with altar servers on babysitting... A coked-up, 8-ball shooting athlete with a 'roid addiction on fair, clean play in sports.....................
Or intelligence lessons from Donald Trump? You know the guy who's 'passing grades' were obviously bought and paid for by his father.
Poop floats.
[and those easily fooled? a dime a dozen.]

Mine doesn't.
As for Potus, I'm not worried. Da Prez has very little actual power. There are so many advisors, checks and balances and safeguards that even he has to ask to go to the Oval Toilet.
