    Is This One Of The Dumbest Ad Taglines In TV News History?

    It comes from the CBC back in 1979. And it says simply -- well, read it for yourself. 

     
    Yes, when you're watching the news, you're watching the news. Brilliant! Because I thought I might have been tuning in "Hockey Night In Canada" or "Mr. Dressup." I'm really glad they didn't stick with this slogan!
