Christmas Music on SXM

They start their Christmas music around Nov 1. But I see now, Dec 26, it's all over. They must cut it off at the end of Christmas day. Instead of starting so early, I'd prefer that they keep it for a few days after Xmas.

I started out with nothing and I still have most of it.

Re: Christmas Music on SXM

You might have a very good Greek Orthodox point.
Maybe there are very specific tunes that can go until January 7th?
I honestly do not know. I'm not G.O.

I don'thave a religious bone in my body. I'm a non-believer. But I celebrate the Christmas holiday. Here in Canada, Christmas is a two day event. Christmas and Boxing Day.

Re: Christmas Music on SXM

It's actually some of the other Orthodox churches that use Jan. 7 ... Greek Orthodox use Dec. 25. It's complicated. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Christmas#Date_according_to_Julian_calendar
