What the heck was Mark Warner talking about when he said Canada is bringing in immigrants from countries who don't like black people?

I found his comments odd as well, and not very well explained. While he sometimes has interesting points to make, He occasionally goes off the rails at the strangest moments. This may have been one of them.

Mark is a law onto himself. However, the best bit of Mark one rarely can predict what comes out of his mouth, which to me makes great radio.

I think he was just filling in with others on vacation. But I wish he was back fulltime! His interjections are few but they always cut through. Best part of the show to me.
