A few months ago, the CBC announced it would take Andrew Chang off the National and use him as the main anchor for its new free online news service. We now know what it's called: CBC News Explore.
According to the Corp., it will be more detailed oriented than the current more headline-reliant CBC News Network with more long form programming. They offer a look at the kind of shows you can expect here.

That's what I thought. It sounds like Internet Explorer, the worst browser ever.. The only worse name for an online product would have been CBC Newscape Navigator.
