It's pretty unusual and my only guess is it may be because they're not full time at one or the other. But there are at least two local radio people who work for more than one station in the same market at the same time. And both involve Sauga960.
The most prominent is Richard Syrett, who does a somewhat out there-type conspiracy laden show for Mississauga's CKNT (those unfortunate call letters again!) during the drivetime shift Monday-Friday. But he also turns up with an actual Conspiracy show on AM740 every Sunday night, which also airs as part of a network in the U.S. Talk about a busy schedule.
But there's a second perhaps less familiar name doing a double, as well. His name is Zack Bodenstein and he turns up, yep, on Sauga960's Steelheads Hockey broadcasts. But he can also be heard on CityNews 680 in the evenings either anchoring or doing traffic. How that's allowed I'm not sure, but perhaps it can be explained that neither of the bigger GTA stations consider Sauga960 a threat, so letting one of their personalities appear there doesn't hurt them at all. (What he does when there's a conflict between the game and his other shift I have no idea.)
But it's certainly unusual to see two separate voices on Toronto radio be allowed to also work for another non-related station at the exact time they're appearing on the bigger one. Not sure if I can think of an instance where that's happened once, let alone twice in the same market.

There's actually a third, if you count a traffic service.
Lex Tan works for CTN - the Canadian Traffic Network - that provides road updates to stations across the city. He also does a wrestling show on Sauga960, as well as occasionally appearing on TV in Global's traffic copter. That means when he's doing his gig with CTN, he's potentially on several stations across the GTA and Ontario at the same time.

Many of the CTN reporters are shared, usually on stations with little overlap, like Classical 96 and Indie 88

They also appear on the Evanov stations, like Lite 88.5 in Newmarket. But few of them have an actual show of their own anywhere else.

That's a charitable take.

It's very straight forward that no one person (so far) is a direct competition threat to another (competing) station when they air on either station doing the work that they do.

Tish Iceton used to do shifts on CHFI and voiced spots for Rogers Radio Toronto and shifts on AM740 or at least voiced spots for Zoomer.
When Bill Gable did the morning show on AM 740, he was also doing once-a-week spot run for Rogers Radio Toronto.

Richard Syrett was indeed doing double duty for a while, but it appears as though the Conspiracy Show has been off the air at 740 since the end of August.

I'm surprised to hear it, because he's still on their website and listed on their hosts page.

I guess Zoomer Radio needs to update their website. Syrett's Twitter account has a pinned tweet in which he announced he was leaving that station. His Twitter profile also only mentions the Sauga 960 show and the fact that he fills in on Coast to Coast AM on occasion.

Thanks for the update. Leaving him on the 740 website must be part of a conspiracy!

Don Biefer told me that back in the '70s, he used to do a 7-midnight Sunday niight shift at CHAM, then drive at top speed down the 401 to get to CFTR for his 1-6 a.m. shift. He said he never got a ticket and was never late.

Syrett also fills in from time to time on Coast to Coast does he not?
