Canada Calling
Every winter, we're in Florida from early January until late April. While we're there, I always keep in touch with the news from home with Prior Smith's Canada Calling. The program is syndicated on several Florida radio stations.
Also, CFRB operates as CFRX on short wave and is often available down there.
I just checked and I see Canada Calling is back again next year.

My understandig is that CFRB enineering staff maintain the equipment voluntarily. It's a matter of pride for them.
