Broadcaster: Royals Controlled Queen Funeral Coverage While On Air

It wasn't just that the Queen had arranged for every detail of her final farewell a few weeks ago. According to one veteran UK broadcaster, the Palace never left the BBC alone on telling them what they could show, even as the event was going out over the air. 

"...the BBC was receiving emails “almost simultaneously” from palace officials, dictating which clips of footage could not be shown in any subsequent broadcast...

 “Prince George touching his nose, don’t show it. And it went on. Beatrice and Eugenie leaving St George’s, not to be shown."
