Nice to see CTV Investigative reporter Jon Woodward back on the air Thursday, after an extended recuperation from a bad car accident. He told John Moore on 1010 Friday that he'd been rear-ended by a huge vehicle several months ago, and while the injuries weren't serious, he suffered from a kind of whiplash neck injury that left him in a brace and unable to work for many weeks. 

His first story aired yesterday and he looked none the worse for wear.

Speaking of absences, someone here was asking about Pat Foran recently. He returned last night as well, with a story about a woman who signed a contract she didn't properly understand. He managed to get her out of it and the tale had a happy ending overall.
