Look like you can fool some of the people some of the time, but Rogers customers haven't gotten over the service failure and drop in the bucket refunds and the fiery fury in their tweets in this blogTO article prove distrust and dislike of Rogers is nowhere near dying down.

Rogers had full page ads/announcement in Tuesday's Tor Star group papers. Today, I saw the TV ads proclaiming a "commitment" to 24/7 tech support, 5G deployment... ya dah, ya dah, ya dah...
I wonder if Tony Staferi has ever taken Ian Scott out for a few beers?

I really wish BlogTO would stop using social media has their only source of info and public opinion when they write stories. They write this stuff so one sided and most times from the views of trolls. Their news and weather stories are normally way off factual reality, and end up being nothing more than opinion. As you can tell I'm not a fan.
From conversations, people are still mad but most people have moved on from the one day outage. Businesses learned a lesson in not putting all their eggs in one basket. I would assume Rogers knows they can't have any more major outages at this point, especially with the Shaw deal under approvals.
