There are a ton of audio services online that play everything from non-stop punk to endless oldies. But in the case of the latter category, there's one that has what you might call a secret sauce. 

Let's face it - every one of them plays basically the same songs, with some having a wider playlist than others. But an old favourite that's been online for several years has an added attraction I've never heard anywhere else. Planet Oldies is on 24-hours a day, and is commercial and announcer free, but plays a radio station jingle between each and every song. 

And these aren't generics - they're the real thing from PAMS and Jam Productions, among others, including jingles from WABC, WNBC, WGAR, KHJ and other classic former Top 40 giants. And they seem to have access to the full packages, so few of them are repeated. My problem is that sometimes I like the jingles more than the songs!

It's not a big deal in the end I suppose, but it's a nice touch that - if you listen just right - might remind you of a time when radio was a much bigger deal. And those jingles were a huge part of that overall sound.
