Over the last few months we've been hearing a number of stories from media personalities being "asked" to leave their radio or television home.

Thirty, 30! years ago, while live on-air at legendary 102.1 FM, Dani Elwell was able to do what few who work in radio and television get to do, walk away by choice.

The attached tweet from Scot Turner is a good read about a memorable moment in Toronto radio, and Dani's retweet is just what you'd hope someone who's still on-air decades later would have to say about a life successfully spent working in radio.
