CTV will run season 3 of Transplant this September beginning on September 23rd.  Not the greatest date since it will run Fridays at 9pm.  However Friday is not a very competitive night for viewers, so season 3 may do better than some would think. 
Doubtful the series will continue on the main NBC network since ratings were poor this past season, but could very well continue on NBC's Peacock.
