Like normal when a company like this makes a big error in judgement..   They totally messed up jacking fees up past what the market is willing to pay.   

They have been losing content people want, and not replacing it with equal  quality content
They jacked fees past what the market is willing to pay, in fact, it's at cable prices now, which was the reason most cut the cord on their cable.
They still charge extra for HD, which is standard now for other streamers.

New tiers will not fix the issue, if they don't fix their issue with content.   

Our home actually dropped back to their basic plan after the last price increase.   If there is any more increases, we will be joining the cancelation group.
