"I sucked for the first year." is Kim's assessment of his early days behind the mic at Q107 as the afternoon drive jock. His fans, and there were many, would have disagreed.
I remember walking home from work up the east side of Yonge Street, passing Q's satellite radio booth, peering in and seeing Kim doing his show while I was listening to Q107 on my Walkman.
Max Webster's music and Kim's solo work stand the test of time and he remains one of Canada's most respected and appreciated musicians by fans, as well as people, past and present, in radio and music.

Agreed! Saw him a few years ago at the Shawville Fair, a very popular fall fair on the Quebec side, and he put on an excellent show, with a good mix of solo songs and Max Webster tracks in his setlist.
