Big Ass Fans: Radio Hosts Read Copy Live Without Cracking Up
The charmingly named Big Ass Fans is the latest company to invest in Newstalk 1010, with hosts reading Big Ass Fans ad copy live in the middle of an ad island.
I left the radio on 1010 this morning after Moore In The Morning and heard Jerry Agar manfully make his way through the sentences, rushing through the words as if he was trying not to think about what he was saying.
Big Ass Fans are also getting a mention during 1010's traffic reports.
It will be interesting to hear how various personalities handle this.
Effective advertising? Possibly.
Entertaining? Definitely.

An absolutely brilliant campaign.
I bet lots of people recorded it just so they could play it back to hear exactly what they said.
