Dave Redinger of AM740’s Dave’s Garage Passes
AM740 announced yesterday that Dave Redinger, host of Dave’s Corner Garage has passed away of cancer at 73.
His show, that aired Saturdays at 10am, was informative as well as entertaining, Dave had a great laugh! He had been MIA the last few weeks. I will miss him and wonder what will happen to his namesake show. RIP Mr. Redinger.

Not many info-mercials have been consistently interesting over the years but he and side-kick Alan Gelman managed that extremely well (IMHO)

I understand he owned a gas station in Brampton and I'm fairly certain he is from the family that owned Ready Honda, now Precision Honda (and some property downtown TO) also..

I DJ’d his sons wedding reception a number of years back. Nice guy, Dave. He said, at the time, if I sent him something he’d do a free plug for my DJ business. Sadly, I never took him up on his offer. May he Rest In Peace.
