    Global's Alan Carter In Isolation After COVID Exposure

    He probably won't be anchoring Global's evening news, since he's stuck in his basement after coming into contact with a COVID patient. (At present, he does not have the ailment but the isolation is precautionary.)

    He did his regular 640 show as usual Friday afternoon, but there's a big difference in doing radio from your home and appearing on TV from there. No word on when he'll be back, but he has the weekend as a two-way buffer, so provided he remains symptom-free, he likely won't be off camera for long.

    If he's doing things the proper way, he should be off from work for 10 days, just as Michelle Dube was when she and her family also came into contact with someone who tested positive.
