Reporter Hit By Car On Live TV, But Still Finishes Her Report

This is pretty amazing video of a reporter for WSAZ-TV in Huntington, West Virginia, who was doing a weather related story when a car came a bit too close and clipped her live on air, knocking her and her camera off screen. To her credit, she popped right back up, assured her anchor she was fine, tried to comfort the driver who hit her, and then, incredibly, finished her assignment. Now that's what I call a live hit!

My favourite part of this - if you can call it that - is that she says it happened to her in college and that this was her last week with the station!

Considering you see reporters doing stand-ups and scene setters in the middle of all kinds of places every single day, it's amazing this hasn't happened more often.

You can see the incident here.
