Trafford describing the scenes of destruction and loss from the weekend tornadoes in the US. Then, "We'll hear an account from a reporter on the ground there. But first..."

"...Uh. A comedy break."

What followed was a sloppily-assembled montage of tepid late-night talk show openings.

Must have been tough. I cringed at hearing it.
