It's worth noting that this article is sponsored by one of the companies being highlighted, there's a word for that kind of "journalism" which escapes me right now. Guess it's the cost of doing business these days.
Makes me miss the old Stafford show on am640, with callers sharing tips and tricks for getting the best deals from your Internet service provider.
From reading about the available alternatives, I don't know if Bell or Rogers has any real competition, but thought this info may be handy to have on hand just in case you or someone you know gets tired of being gouged.

By any chance, does Diallog have investments in all five companies?
