Also on Labour Day Sunday, Glen Woodcock hit the 45 year mark @ JazzFM

Glen Woodcock, has now been host of the Big Band Show on Sunday nights for 45 years at Jazz FM

This is pretty darn good in a time where some hosts come and go...45 years on one show and he doesn't sound bored, or tired of it, he still loves the music, the stories and the history. Considering much of Big Band music came during WWII.

Or with artists like Dizzy and Louie Armstrong and Myles,  coming out of the history of Black music artists in times that were not very kind.
