Suited To A "Tee". But You'll Need To Put It In Your "Cart"

I just saw this T-shirt for sale online. Not sure I would spend the money for it, but it's certainly something anyone who worked in radio in the past few decades would appreciate. (Cafe Press is a reputable place. I've ordered from them before if you're actually interested in this thing!)

Terrific t-shirt RA

(More than likely I will go to sleep tonight and dream I'm sitting in an unfamiliar radio station booth with a cart machine that is malfunctioning and I'm live on-air and can't play the ads I've got cued up....)

I've had that nightmare, but in my case, nothing works - not the carts, the mics, the turntables, anything. All you can hear is the hum of dead air.

Speaking of carts, I found this in my archives. It's from 1973 and I guess it was something of a big deal back then.
